Facility Usage Guide
Prior to reserving a Carlisle Schools facility, it is important to read the Facility Usage Guide, which includes information regarding facility scheduling, classifications, fee structures, and usage regulations.

Facilities Reservations by External Organizations
Carlisle Schools facilities are available for reservation by individuals and organizations not affiliated with the school district. In order to request a facility reservation, you must fill out this facility usage request form, and submit it to the Activities Office. The request form is also available in Word format.

Facilities Reservations by Staff Members
Carlisle Schools staff members can check the facility/event schedule to determine facility availability by clicking here, and logging into the site using the username/password available on the Central Office portion of Wildcat Web.

Carlisle Schools staff can reserve a facility by filling out this form and submitting it to Dan Crum in the District Office.
